WORKSHOP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Every little problem that’s untreated today turns into a bigger… Over time, it cannot be treated or may evolve into infertility. Unprotected sexual relations are not only the risk of unwanted pregnancies but also the potential transmission of infections and sexually transmitted aching disease. Many infections, as well as sexually transmitted diseases, do not produce any symptoms until it is too late, perhaps too late to treat them because they have already caused some major complications.

The only way to preserve reproductive health is prevention, and the solution is in the timely education of youth. Education is preventive. The spread of knowledge and information in an interesting and informal way will make us expand the awareness of young people that some of the decisions we make at a young age have a very big impact on our health in the future.

Thanks to daily communication with those fighting for offspring, we note that we often lack some simple information as well as habits about regular examinations and analyses in youth that we could prevent the complications we face today.

Therefore, in cooperation with the association Connect International, and with the support of the Tempus and Erasmus+ Foundation, we are working on a project that has one clear goal – educating young people about reproductive health. The first pilot workshop will be held at our Fourth International Festival of Assisted Reproduction.

The workshop is completely free for visitors and will take place in Hall 3 of this year’s Festival, with a limited number of 20 seats and 45 minutes. Check-in and place reservation are required. We invite young people aged 16 to 30 to join us and book their place in the workshop.

Together we can influence change today so that tomorrow we have preserved reproductive health and a chance at parenting. Let’s change the future together!
